I have just deployed ZCM 10 SP1 to about 25 clients and everything is working okay for the most part. I have instructed the Help Desk to use their VNC clients to remote these computers since I have successfully tested using VNC with the caveat of course of specifying port 5950. However, when I try to connect to one of the computers, the screen comes up for a split second and then I lose connection. This happens with both the RealVNC client and the UltraVNC client. I am assuming it has something to do with my Remote Management policy, but I can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions?
