Hi, we are experiencing an issue where the Zenworks Shortcuts stop showing
up on the desktop and we have to restart the ZCM Agent service and logoff
and logon. This is on a Windows Terminal Server setup and other than that
seems fine. Also we get these files that pop up named something like
zisd.log that end up in the startup programs folder. The files look like
they are messages from Zenworks. Anyways I appreciate any help anyone can
give. Thanks
