Certificate errors with SSL authentication
Users who use SSL authentication to a NBM 3.9 SP1 server receive a “certificate error” in their browser (IE7 or Firefox). The error indicates the certificates IP address is different than the servers IP.
The server has 3 IP addresses, 1 public and 2 private. One of the private addresses uses a non-routing IP to connect the NBM server via a cross-over cable to a SmartFilter category server. The browser certificate error shows this non-routing IP in its identity. It should be using the other private IP address. Is there a way to change this?
I’ve run PKIDIAG on the server and it comes back clean, no errors.
