In bordermanager 3.5, in the access rules, there is an "access type"
option (URL, application proxy etc). This might sound like a stupid
question, but it seems like if you set up a URL type rule, it won't apply
to all users, even if you set the "source" as "all". Is this because the
rules apply differently according to whether the users are authenticated
and using clntrust, or whether they're cleared for access to bordermanager
by their ip address.

If anyone could give me a list, explaining how each different access type
works, that would be great. (or feel free to point out my stupidity if
I've completely missed the point!).
