Hello,

Recently discovered that our certificates will expire very soon. We are running NetWare 6.5 with SP7. As I understand the procedure to update is to run pkidiag, with options 4, 5, and 6. However, on the next steps things are not so clear.

1. Should I run 'tckeygen.ncf' on the servers after updating the certificate to fixup tomcat?

2. Do I need to restart apache, tomcat? For example do I need to do:

java -exit
admsrvdn
ap2webdn

- then -

tomcat4
admsrvup
ap2webup

3. After I'm done, can I safely delete the old 'Old1, etc..' KMO objects out of eDirectory - I assume I can simply delete them with ConsoleOne.

4. Does Novell have a document for describing how to do this? I'm finding lots of pieces of information on how to perform this task, but have yet to find an "all-in-one" document that answers all questions on this task from start to finish.

Thanks,

Gary
