Our BorderManager server occasionally decides to enforce access
rules that don't exist. We have rules defined to block access to games,
chat and other
inappropriate sites for school access. However, BM sometimes decides to
block sites like www.msn.com. That site is not in any of our rules. It's
been several weeks since the last episode.

If I refresh the rules from NWAdmin, access is restored to normal. Sites
that are in or rules are blocked, and sites that are not are accessable.

Any idea what is causing this problem. I've searched, but can't find
mention to similar problems. TID10091150 sounds like what I am
experiencing, however, I already applied BM37SP3fp4a. The version of
ACLCHECK.NLM is 3.71.11, 2/13/2004.

I'm going to go through my rules and make sure that there are no errors in
any of the URL definitions. I haven't added any rules for a couple of
months.
