We are currently looking at implementing a completely new Helpdesk system from the ground up.
We currently run GroupWise, NetWare and Zenworks with some MS involded as well and would like a helpdesk system that can interface into these systems. We are currently in the process of upgrading to ZCM and using Asset Management so would like the Helpdesk system to work into the Asset management of ZCM.
We would also like ITIL foundations.

I have looked at 2 products so far that appear to do the above Livetime and eHelpDesk from GroupLink. Does anyone have experience with these product??
