It appears that our users are unable to manage submitted print jobs from the "Printers and Faxes" applet. Printers appear in the list as Ready, and the number of waiting documents is displayed. If a printer with waiting jobs is opened, the jobs are not listed and "Failed to open, retrying" is shown in the title bar. Jobs are processed and delivered by the printer agent, but aren't manageable through the Windows interface.

Printer agents are secure.
We're running iPrint on NW6.5 SP7 with the latest patches.
iPrint client 4.36 and some 4.38.
MS print-related hotfixes installed on XP SP2 machines.
Is there a patch/fix/tweak that makes jobs manageable by users?
