We have BorderManager 3.8 fully patched at all of our sites. Whenever we
make changes to Access Control rules, anyone that is attached to the
BorderManager server at their site gets a NetWare popup message with all
the ACL errors (Get IP addr failed for hostname... etc etc). These are
not admin users, and I'm wondering what is causing everyone attached to
the server to keep getting these messages. I have loaded ACLCHECK /S
before BorderManager loads, but it still doesn't help.

Any help would be appreciated.
