We are runing NDPS on a NW6SP6 server. Due to the nature of our
environment many of our printers don't print jobs immediately (usually
due to end user errors). When someone does finally notice that nothing
is printing and contact us we usually just have to shutdown and restart
the printer agent and the jobs then start to print.

I am presuming (or hoping) that there is a timeout value for NDPS
printer agents whereby if a job hasn't printed for X hours the agent
stops trying until someone intervenes. Is this the case and if so can it
be altered.

If that isn't the case are there any suggestions as to why printer
agents seem to stop trying to send jobs. We have no communication issues
within the network.

Thanks in advance
