This message occurs periodically for this user. She also has this issue
logging in on another machine. As far as I know... the owner of the
other computer does NOT get the message.. The first 2 errors occur
before any drive mappings.

LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-923: An unexpected error has occurred: 9 (8801).
LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-918: This utility was unable to get connection
information.

At the end of the script they see

LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-923: An unexpected error has occurred: 13 (8801).
LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-923: An unexpected error has occurred: 15 (8801).

Ok now here's the really odd problem. One time they received the
follwowing:

Alias login as: .hername.NPV.TPG (name changed to protect the innocent :)
LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-923: An unexpected error has occurred: 15 (8819).

She doesn't have an alias, I've never used user aliases, ever.
