I am not sure if I am in correct location for this. However, I hope someone
could help to find solution for this problem.
We are using Novell BorderManager 3.8 SP4 (BM38sp4_ir2a)

Problem: internet access is very slow.
I have already run a test by using DMZ which is bypassing Proxy and had no
problem in updating the patches for window 2003 server
However, I did the same task by using BM proxy I could not update W2K3 patches.
Error timeout.

It is taking very long time to access the web pages, download email with
attachment from GroupWise
Could some one please guide me with right direction or suggestion would be
very grateful
