We have two trees, one with only Netware servers, one with only SLES servers. Each tree has a Directory Agent. Call the Netware tree “Tree-1” and the SLES tree “Tree-2”.

Using Novell Client 4.91, if I place only the IP address of the directory agent for Tree-1 in the Directory Agent List, I can browse the contexts within Tree-1.

If I place only the IP address of the directory agent for Tree-2 in the agent list, I can browse the contexts within Tree-2.

If I place BOTH IP addresses in the agent list, both trees are listed when I click the “Trees” button, I can browse the contexts for Tree-1 but Tree-2 gives a “Cannot access tree” error.

The order of the IP address makes no difference. I’ve tried it on several clients with the same behavior.

A slpinfo dump follows, with the IP addresses changed to [Tree-1] and [Tree-2] for readability... Any ideas?
