the last time, i saw error messages from many of mobile Devices, called :
Error QuickTaskPort.The Server is unable to contact the Agent . . .
this error coms from notebooks, logged in over VPN into our corporate network or devices with WLAN activated. i think, this came from multible ip addresses bound to the devices.
At this time, the only solution is to manually restart the zen-service-agent on the effected devices.
has anyone an idea or solution . . . ?
