A number of users are having problems when printing from Groupwise. Here's our environment:

1) OES Netware 6.5 SP7
2) GW 7.0.1 backend and clients
3) Computers - Windows XP SP2 and some SP3, laptops with firewalls on and desktops with firewalls disabled.
4) iPrint client - Most 4.32 and some 4.34


1) When printing e-mails, while in HTML view, there is a delay of up to 45 seconds before the print dialog box pops up.
2) When printing e-mails, while in Plain Text view, the print dialog box comes up immediately.

What's the cause and what's the fix?
