I just set up BES 4.1.6 and have a few BB phones working on it already. One issues are irking me.

1. When I send a new activation password, I see the BES trusted App connect on my gw PO and the BES server tells me the email was sent successfully, however the email never arrives in my groupwise users email inbox. Any advice to get this email flowing?

The users email is correct in BES.
