Apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum for this question...

I have scheduled a server migration (hardware and OS) for the wee hours
of Sunday morning (~1am ET). If I have major problems with the new
server, my plan is to just shut it down and bring the old server back
online. This will require the assistance of Novell Support to
reactivate DS on the old server.

Does anyone have experience on how quickly I could expect to get a
support engineer on the phone late at night on a weekend? It's been a
very long time since I have needed support from Novell outside working
