I'm using ZAM 7.5 with all of the latest updates on a system running windows 2000. ZAM didn't have any problems running on this system. The system Zam was working on was overburdened (we had a lot of things running on this system) and we needed to move it to a new system. We are trying to move it to a System running Windows XP sp3 and the same ZAM 7.5.

On the new system I have not upgraded it to the most recent updates (and maybe this is my problem). Right now I can't restore the database to the new system. I used the ZamStandaloneBackupAndRestore.zip downloaded from novell's website to do the backup and restore. I read the instructions and believe I followed them completely, but I get these errors when I run restore.bat

1> 2> Msg 3101, Level 16, State 2, Server IPS-FAX, Line 1
Exclusive access could not be obtained because the database is in use.
Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Server IPS-FAX, Line 1
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

Database owner changed.
1> 2> Granted database access to 'NCStartup'.
1> 2> 3> 1> 2> The dependent aliases were mapped to the new database owner.
Database owner changed.

How can I restore this backup database so I can copy over the filestor folder and get my asset manager running? I still have access to the old database if there is an easier tool to use for the restore.

Thank you for the help.
