I have had a few users that have reported explorer.exe hanging (icons not
displaying). This only happens to machines with Zenworks agent installed.
Used to happen a lot with 10.0 version but seems to have slowed with the
latest version of Zen. What I found today was that the 3 remote offices
that complained of the issue all had connectivity issues (they are connected
via cable modem and their link was down). Does anyone know what could be
causing this and how I can avoid it?

The only way to fix this is to end the explorer.exe task and start a new
