This question is mostly theoretical, although several people I have talked to are considering implementing McAffee SafeBoot for full drive encryption and layering ZESM over the top for port\device access control etc...

I am wondering, however, about the coexistance of the two encryption pieces - does anyone has any information on this?

>> If SafeBoot is installed on a machine, can we also enable ZESM encryption?

>> The upgraded version of SafeBoot will allow you to encrypt attached USB devices - would ZESM USB encryption work with this, if enabled?

>> Could we use ZESM encryption to protect USB devices and Safeboot to protect local OS drive?

[You bet accidents happen - mostly to people who are not looking!]

thanks in advance
