We had a tragic mishap with our automated identity management: over
200,000 erroneous accounts were created and then deleted.

My EventQueueSize number has been hovering around 404,000 or so for the
last few days. Looking in NSMAdmin, I can see our simple jobs (create
home dir, archive home dir on user deletion) are waiting, and that some
of them (apparently random) are aborting, while others are waiting for a
DS Sync, and a handful are actually processing.

So, I'm somewhere in the middle of creating and then archiving 200,000
user home directories, with the server being pegged around 95%
utilization daily.

Has anyone had similar experiences? Do you just wait it out, or snipe the
events related to the erroneous accounts?

Thanks for your time.
