We are using iPrint here in our office, as well as our offices in India.
For SOME users we have problems when they access the citrix from the
WAN. All are running Windoes XP SP3.

When they are on the WAN they can of course not communicate with the
iPrint-printers (the printer will show 'Not available', and then the
citrix hangs when it tries to map the default printer.

We don't see a problem when the printers are created as standard IP
printers, only the iPrint printers.
If the user is on the LAN, the iPrint printers can communicate and will
then log in properly.

The iPrint client is version 4.38.
