Is there any way to force an application to install in the Workstation space, even though it's User associated? I'm using user association for two reasons: my workstations don't always register in the container I expect them to, and I can better control phased rollouts by using user container association. The problem is that the NAL app then runs for each user that connects to a machine because it doesn't know it is already installed. Seems to me it would make sense to have an option to "Run in Workstation space even if User associated" and that might overcome this. But I can't find that anywhere, just the opposite (run as user if workstation associated).
