What would be causing a cisco firewall I have here to not allow traffic
from anything besides the LAN it's on (192.168.0.0/24)?

I'm on a different vlan (192.168.11.0/24), and I can telnet to it, but
cannot bring up the web interface. Also, any traffic not on
192.168.0.0 is not allowed past the firewall for web access.

Thinking I have my access lists set up, as I'm allowing 192.168.0.0,
192.168.11.0, & 10.71.1.0 (remote site), but apparently I'm missing
something somewhere else.

When trying to trace a route from 10.71.1.0 to somewhere on the web,
the result goes a little like this:

10.71.1.2 (their router)
10.1.50.1 (WAN side of our router)
192.168.0.5 (LAN side of our router)
192.168.0.9 (cisco firewall)

It dies there, and when I trace a route, it goes past the cisco
firewall.
