Here's some instructions for you to remove the entries. Please note that this isn't really a recommended thing, development is currently looking into other ways of doing this in the future, but they haven't decided anything as of yet.

1) run:

zman zsd <Server Name>
(this will remove roles and retire the server)

2) Open the ZCC
Click on the 'Devices' tab
Click on the 'Servers' folder
Click on the device link you wish to delete
Copy the GUID for the device you wish to delete.
ie.
21c667e32e342deac1bf6dd7060ad1a
Verify that this GUID is the GUID of the device you want to delete as these
actions cannot be undone.

3) go to:
https://<server.ip>/zenworks-zoneconfigadmin/?test

select the method below from the list:

boolean delete(java.lang.String arg0)
throws com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.RemoteDat aModelException,
java.rmi.RemoteException;

Insert the GUID into the textbox
Click 'Invoke'

4) go to:

https://<server.ip>/zenworks-deviceadmin

select the method below from the list of hyperlinks:

boolean delete(java.lang.String arg0)
throws com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.RemoteDat aModelException,
java.rmi.RemoteException;

Insert the GUID into the textbox
Click 'Invoke'

----
Your server will then be forever deleted.
