At my company we have multiple DOS stations that runs a software that depends on connection number - if it is higher than 255 then this software can not work properly. All DOS station uses Netware 16-bit client with IPX protocol, we cannot switch to TCP/IP because of unsufficient amount of conventional memory for DOS software.

Is there any possibility to limit connection number count or even force connection number for a connection from specified hardware? It would be nice if we could force DOS station to use connection numbers less than 256 and all others stay on higher connection numbers.
