How do you acknowledge multiple managed device errors?

I have 1,866 devices in my zone and approximately 1,700 have error messages. Is there a way to clear these for all devices at one time?

Re: How do you acknowledge multiple managed device errors?

I go to the home menu and click on the number of computers with errors (in this case 1700). This will bring up all the ones with errors and then I use the drop down to show 500 computers at once. Use the select all check box and under quick tasks there is a message cleanup utility. Set the begin date to July or some early time and press ok. Keep repeating until all computers are done. I believe there is a zman command as well to do all at once.

I do not have message clean-up utility

I do not have a message clean-up utility on the menu. I have version 10.1.1. Is this option from a newer version? Thanks

Alternatively go to Configuration --> System Information and do a message cleanup from there to acknowledge or delete all messages in one go (you need to specify an appropriate date range).
