The 'Collect software file information' part of the collection Option set doesn't work.

The Asset management software doesn't recognise Avaya IP Office Phone system software which is a little surprising as Avaya phone systems are quite common.

Therefore I have ticked the option to 'Collect Software File information' in the default option set (which is used for manual scans) and my other 2 option sets too just to be sure.

However it doesn't collet any more information than before.

The file executable is C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\PhoneManager.exe.

How do I get this to work?
