OES2 Linux:

I have my dhcp all set up and working with one server, but i'd like to get the failover peer going to use my second server. Here is my configuration:

failover peer "PTH-FAILOVER"
{
address 172.16.0.126;
port 847;
peer address 172.16.30.201;
peer port 647;
max-response-delay 60;
max-unacked-updates 10;
mclt 1800;
split 128;
load balance max seconds 3;
}

shared-network PTH-A3-VOICE
{
subnet 172.25.124.0 netmask 255.255.254.0
{
option routers 172.25.124.1;
default-lease-time 604800;
pool
{
#poolName: pool28;
failover peer "PTH-FAILOVER";
deny dynamic bootp clients;
range 172.25.124.30 172.25.125.254;
}
}
}

Once I start up the first dhcp server I get:

Jan 8 14:21:48 FRY dhcpd: failover peer PTH-FAILOVER: I move from recover to startup
Jan 8 14:21:50 FRY dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:1c:b3:b8:f4:6c via 172.24.124.1: not responding (startup)
Jan 8 14:21:51 FRY dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for 172.24.125.251 from 00:30:65:06:47:3e (PPSD-000a95a2d1b6) via 172.24.124.1: not responding (startup)
Jan 8 14:22:02 FRY dhcpd: failover peer PTH-FAILOVER: I move from startup to recover
Jan 8 14:22:02 FRY dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:1c:b3:b8:f4:6c via 172.24.124.1: not responding (recovering)

and it doesn't stop recovering, I left it running for 1 whole day, thoughts?
