We have a GMS ver 2 which has just started requiring warm reboots at regular intervals to function. It stops syncing email after about 1 hour of operation and fails to sync for all users. After the failure the web interface login screen shows up but entering in the id and password results in a message in the browser of "Mobile Gateway Server not responding. Prior to the failure, web logins work as expected.

I do not work with this gateway on a regular basis so I'm in the process of relearning how it works and reviewing our "cold" notes. In the meantime, I am investigating the problem and need some quick troubleshooting tips or pointers.
