AFP on linux oes 2 sp 1.

I have the root of my tree in the context list and one other ou for testing. When connecting to an AFP volume it's super fast. Then I add all the ou's for our entire tree, and AFP taxes the cpu 33% for one thread and browsing the volume on a macintosh locks up the OS.

I know it's the afpdircxt.conf file that's causing this problem because when I check the AFP logs for errors there is an error for every context that the specific user is NOT in. In other words if there are 30 contexts, it goes through all of them until it finds the right one. Which I guess it what it's supposed to do, but it's killing the processor.

I'm not sure what to do, or if anyone else is having this problem.

I added contexts manually to the dircxt.conf file because I can't get the AFP plugin to install properly in iManager, which is a forum post here
