Client: WinXP SP 2, Novell Client for Windows 4.91 SP2, ZFDAgent

Sometimes we have a break off from the workstation helper. After the break off we have a absence from applications at the desktop (less icons than normal). The registed time from the workstation-object in our edirectory is updated, but the client says "not using workstation helper".
One Solution ist the Key "WaitForWorkstationHelperTimeout" "Dezimal=120".
But this works only at 80 % of the clients!

My Question: Is it possible to record the activity of "workstation helper"???
Maybe if i have a log i can see the breakingpoint!! (allways the same?)
