I've noticed that iPhone users, when accessing the internet through our wifi, still have to log in to the bordermanager proxy authentication page. The odd thing is that in the settings for the connection, there are entries for proxy information, with username and password fields, but when that information is entered, it doesn't seem to actually do anything.
Without the proxy address and port, the device can't go out. (that makes sense, and is as it should be). But however the device is sending the user/password info, BM doesn't seem to like it, and it gets re-directed to the html login page.
wondering if there's any "fix" for this.
