im new to zenworks 10 but have had installed at a live environment.

Trying to setup a remote control policy which does not require a password for authentication. In the remote management policy I think I have setup the polcy correctly, unticking 'Ask permission from the user on the managed device before starting Remote Diagnostics' where required as well as unticking Password Authentication settings.

The policy seems to be working, my issue seems be when I try to remote control a device the authentication box is greyed out with password as the setting. The policy seems to be working because when i try to remote to pc's which are a part of the policy i get a message saying ' this mode of authentication is not allowed in the policy'.

I have full admin rights so this is not an issue, any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.
