GW 7.0.3HP1 on the NW6.5SP7 server, 7.0.3 (non HP1 on the client),
client/server only, documents stored in storage areas, not under the PO-- I
have received several complaints from users suddenly unable to open any
documents after working half of the day without issues, error is that the
file cannot be accessed and may not exist (sorry, I asked for them to call
me before they close the screen next time to get the exact error code but we
think it was an 8209). Restarting the workstation clears things up and they
are operating fine again. Does not happen often, but sure is annoying when
it does. Any ideas welcome on how to research/addresss this issue? NW
client is various SP's of 4.9. Thanks.
