I get alerts such as this;
Device Alias: PC12345
Device IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Error: [1/26/09 1:41:27 PM] BundleManager GenericActions.UserSessionUnavailable There is no user session available or user session cannot be determined.

I can dig into
c:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\logs\LocalStore\zmd-messages.log
and find a GUID associated with it;

[ERROR] [01/26/2009 12:29:33.911] [1380] [ZenworksWindowsService] [61] [] [BundleManager] [GenericActions.UserSessionUnavailable] [There is no user session available or user session cannot be determined.] [] [2dec1503f2bae4472b592f14cda7ad40]

Then navigate into;

c:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\cache\zmd\2dec1503f2bae4472b 592f14cda7ad40.appstate

and open the GUID's file to see which Zenapp is having this error.

Is there a better way to do this? Could the e-mail be made to send the name of the Bundle? I see I can modify the template, but I can't figure out how to put the bundle name into the template.
