We are running Zenworks Application Explorer Ver on all our Windows XP SP2 workstations. It randomly goes offline, so when we rollout a new application, users often call saying they never got it. We we remote control their desktop, Application Explorer will be offline.

There is nothing in Event Viewer related to it, and the users are not turning it off? I found some older forums referencing this as an issue in past versions of the Application Explorer ver 4 and 6, but I would think this has been taken care of by now.
