This just started yesterday for one of our mobile users using a Motorola Q for email. Her GroupWise email has stopped sychronizing to her mobile account. It's now picking up someone else's account from the server. We are using GMS204. If I log onto her account via web browser and check the settings under Server Connections, the Connection Name is pointing to the other person's GroupWise account. If I try to recreate her mobile account, it still picks up the other person's GroupWise account. Anyone ever run accross this? Rather bizarre. Thanks in advance for your help.
