Hi All,

I have a user with a Motoroal Q Phone, running Windows Mobile 6.0. She has been syncing with our GroupWise Mobile Server for about year without any issues. Recently, however, she is receiving the following notification about once a day:

"Automatic synchronization to your device has been suspended. Please switch to your Intellisync client and select Sync. Synchronization will resume once you enter your username and password."

Once she reenters her username and password, synchronization will work for about twenty-four hours, at which time, it will happen again.

Does anyone have a solution for this or have experienced this?
