So I was pleasantly suprised to find out we get "unlimited" SR now with
our MLA.

Unfortunately it appears that all the groupwise support is now over in
India.

I say unfortunate for a few reasons:

1) The time zone difference means I have to wait signficantly longer to
get any communication back and forth (open the call, wait a day. If I'm
lucky enough to get a response I respond and wait another day).

2) Lack of response. I'd say about 1/3 of my calls just sit there and
about 5-7 days later I'll get an email from someone asking if I still
have the problem. What, things magically go away if you don't work on
them?

3) Level of support. Um, yeah, I'm kinda getting tired of the "you
need to do a top-down rebuild". I'm not 100% knowledgeable when it
comes to all things groupwise, but I've been implmenting and using it
since 4.1 (even on nasty 'ol OS/2).

So I guess 1/4 good isn't all bad.
