Hello everyone. Please lend a hand if you can.

I have an issue with Webaccess. First I will lay out a bit of what caused these issues and we'll go from there.

I have two servers in the same tree, bothhave the following OS installed in them:

Novell Open Enterprise Server, NetWare 6.5
Support Pack Revision 07
(C) Copyright 1983-2007 Novell Inc. All Rights Reserved. Patent Pending.
Server Version 5.70.07 September 18, 2007
Novell eDirectory Version 8.8 SP2 SMP
NDS Version 20216.55 September 19, 2007
Server License: Novell NetWare 6 Server 650
User Licenses: Novell NetWare 6 User 650 (Hard Stop)

I originally started with one server (FS1). I added another server to the tree to take place of the original server. FS1 was renamed FS2. The IP address of the old FS1 (Now FS2) was also changed. Hindsight being 20/20 I would have done this differently, but it is what it is.

FS1 is currently running and working like a charm. FS2 on the other hand is a little screwed up. FS2 will only be running GroupWise. It will not be used for anything else.

All GroupWise agents are up and running. Both Internet and internal email work great. Users are authenticating and able to get their emails.

The only part of GroupWise that isn't working is Webaccess. I get the 503 error.

There are a few things in the logger screen that stick out. I know all of these items are necessary and are causing me my problems. I just can't figure out how to get these issues resolved. Here are the errors on the logger screen:

tccheck: LDAP is not up yet; waiting
LDAP connectivity not found on ldap://localhost:636
Please load NLDAP and then manually execute command: sys:/tomcat/5.0/bin/startup

If your server host certificates have change recently, executing
sys:/system/tckeygen.ncf may be needed to restore secure LDAP

NLDAP is loaded.

tckeygen has been run. Here is the log from that:

The console screens for Webaccess and DVA show the WebConsole URL of Not only is this not the IP of the server in question, it isn't even in the same subnet. The server's IP is

Also it should be noted, this server was running GW7.01. I upgraded to 8.0 hoping it would help sokve some of my issues.

Where do I go from here?
