Can anyone shed any light on the fact that the 10.1.0 Adaptive Agent seems to behave as though there is some case sensitivty (which should not be there) when logging in a user from an eDir User Source? Novell uses a training server with a user account JPark.users.da on it. Everyone successfully logs in to the Agent login with the credential of "jpark." But in eDir and in ZCC, this name appears as JPark. If you enter "JPark" at the Agent login screen, login fails. If there were any case sensitivity involved, you would expect the opposite, that the exact spelling of JPark would work and the lower case jpark, which appears nowhere, would not work. Or, more correctly, either should work.
