I have WeegieCam currently running at http://photos.zanre.com:8888 - user is
guestuser and password is gingersnaps. Once you log in you click on the
"single" tab and it takes you to the cam.

It's after 9:30 a.m. and so he's quieted down considerably (he chatters like
crazy for about 3 hours in the morning, and then again at dusk - and then
just off and on during the day when he feels like talking I guess). I'm
wondering though if sound "works" from the outside. I don't know if I have
to open anything else to get sound. The only testing I've done from the
outside right now is my iPhone, and I get the video, but no sound on it
(probably not surprising).

I'm going to leave the TV on in the background, so if you log in you should
hear "something" I guess even if Weegie is being particularly quiet. I just
have to remember that it's on so I don't walk around the bedroom in
inapprorpriate attire <heehee>.

So, this uses ActiveX. On my Mac in Firefox I get no video, but I have a
little box that allows me (as the admin) to snap a pic. I don't know if
that's available for guest users (and it may be something I can configure).
In Safari on the Mac I get video, but no audio, so I'm suspecting that the
audio is only available with IE and ActiveX - so if anyone wants to
test/confirm this for me, that would be dandy

Time to upgrade to GW8!
