I have a few users who occasionally stop getting new mail on gms. The phone is
syncing to gms fine, but the gms server is not getting it from GroupWise.

I'm using a trusted app key to access GW, and it works fine for everyone else.
Resetting the user's account via the /diag page works, as well as having the
user reset their own account through the settings tab.

Any ideas where to look?
