I'm trying to upgrade a NW 6.5 SP7 server from ZENworks 6.5 SP1 to 7 SP1. There is also a DirXML driver running on the server. My problem is that when I run the ZENworks setup, it tries to stop all java processes, and the dirxml java process will never stop. I have tried running java -killall and killing the process separately. The java status shows exiting but never stops. I have also disabled the DirXML driver on the server and rebooted, but the process still runs. Since this process is still running, the ZENworks setup tries to stop it but can't. It just keeps popping up a box asking if I want to try and stop the process. If I say no, the installation won't continue. Does anyone know how to stop this processes?

Thanks,
