I have had an interesting problem arise & I'm not sure where to go from here. Recently field users connecting back to our office via Symantec Client VPN (v to our Symantec Gateway 5420 (v 3.0.1), are only able to do so via wireless. If they try to connect wired (Cat5), then they can establish tunnels, but not actually connect back to the office. The tree, context & server options are only available when the staff are connecting to the VPN via wireless. We have tried updating the policies, reinstalling the software, but nothing seems to work. Is anyone else out there experiencing (or experienced) this issue? Our staff are using Novell Client 4.91 SP5 & our office is running Netware 6.5. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
