We recently changes ISP's and cannot view our website or receive mail.
We cannot receive mail or view the website now. Could you clear up the
confusion of the addresses, as this is what we have set, which goes
through a router:

Network Address from ISP: 24.125.167.142 255.255.255.252
Internal IP Addresses: 24.125.167.137-142 255.255.255.248
BM Gateway: 24.125.167.137
Mail: 24.125.167.138
Web: 24.125.167.140
BM Address: 24.125.167.142

?1. set TCP/IP binding address to network address given from new ISP,
which is 24.125.159.142? On the router, the LAN port address is set to
the bm gateway address which is 24.125.167.137. Should this address
on BM ip binding instead be set to 24.125.167.137 also?
