When our laptop-users connects from home (ADSL and VPN) the ZENworks agent remembers several IP-adresses (from the home network). So that when they are back at the office (computer connected to LAN) and you look at the device in ZCC it looks like this

Last Full Refresh: 3:15 PM
Last Contact: 3:48 PM
ZENworks Agent Status: Unable to connect through IP Address or Host Name

This is from a device that IS connected to LAN and user is active.

Is there anyone experiencing the same problem or do you know how to solve this problem?

Please advice.
