I've set up Conferencing and all is working great with ONE exception. When I create a new meeting and send an invite the users get an email like below. The problem is that the URL does not work.

Title: Test Meeting Demo
Host:
Time: None specified

If you are Bill Swisher: (if not, see Guest instructions below)
- When it is time to meet (or shortly beforehand), follow these instructions
- If you use a personal firewall, allow meeting.exe, mtgshare.exe
and mtgviewer.exe to access the internet.
- Click link or paste link into browser:
<http://conference-portal.thomasmore.edu/imidio/invite/load?mid=bV9pZD04OTExMjImcF9pZD00OTU2NTA2>
- For reference, your PIN is 4956506
- The server name is conference.thomasmore.edu.
