Good morning - We are running Zenworks 2 on Windows 2000 (don't laugh) across several thousand workstations, with the Novell Client 4.90 SP2 upgraded from 4.83 SP3. That part of it works fine.

I have pushed out the Zenworks Adaptive Agent version to all workstations to install upon login in order to get a handle on exactly what we have out there on machines that are not compatible with our new ZCM 10.1 installation.

Herein lies the rub - not every time, but with increasing coincidence we are seeing ZENNTSRV.EXE crashing with a The instruction at "0x77fcae88" referenced memory at "0xfffffffd". The memory could not be "read". message at the point at which the Zenworks Adaptive Agent starts commences its installation.

Once the Zenworks Adaptive Agent is installed, we have noticed the crash. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this, or what suggestions you guys could make to get around this at the user end.
